1. Our approach to refunds
Psychic Junkie, operated by [Operating Entity], wants every reading to feel worth it. This page explains our satisfaction guarantee, how we handle readings cut off by a technical problem, and how wallet funds and promotional credits work. Approved credits under this policy go back to your wallet as withdrawable balance, not as bonus-only dollars. This policy works together with our Terms of Service.
2. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid reading, you can request a credit under our satisfaction guarantee. The guarantee works like this:
- Request within 24 hours. You must request the credit within 24 hours after that reading ends.
- Capped at the first 20 minutes. The credit is capped at the value of the first 20 minutes of that reading at the advisor's per-minute rate. If the reading was shorter than 20 minutes, the cap is the amount you were charged for it.
- Once per advisor. The guarantee is available one time per advisor. Once you have used an approved guarantee credit with a given advisor, it cannot be used again for that same advisor.
- Returned to your wallet as withdrawable credit. Approved credits are added back to your wallet balance as withdrawable funds you can spend on another reading or, where available, withdraw. They are not restricted bonus dollars.
Requests are reviewed by our team. We may decline requests that appear to abuse the guarantee, such as repeated claims across new accounts or claims that do not meet the conditions above.
3. How to request a credit
You can request a satisfaction credit from your account help page. Recent paid readings appear there for 24 hours after they end, and you can submit a request against an eligible reading directly from that page. Our team reviews each request and, if approved, returns the credit to your wallet as withdrawable balance.
4. Dropped-session auto-credit
Sometimes a reading is cut short by a technical disconnection that neither you nor the advisor chose to cause. When our systems detect that a session dropped because of a technical problem (rather than because either party ended it), we automatically credit back the affected minutes to your wallet. This dropped-session auto-credit is separate from the satisfaction guarantee, and you do not need to file a separate claim for it. We notify both you and the advisor when this happens.
5. Wallet funds and top-ups
When you add funds, your top-up is added to your prepaid wallet balance and used to pay for readings by the minute. Top-ups are generally non-refundable to your card once added, but unused withdrawable balance remains yours to spend on the Service.
Funds do not expire except where the law requires otherwise, or where bonus or promotional credits carry their own stated expiration. If you close your account, we handle any remaining withdrawable balance in line with applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will investigate.
6. Promotional and bonus credits
From time to time we may offer promotional or bonus credits, including introductory rates and deposit bonuses. Promotional credits may carry conditions, such as minimum balances, eligible advisors or rates, expiration dates, or limits on whether they can be withdrawn. The specific terms are shown with each offer at the time it is made. Bonus credits are not the same as the withdrawable credit issued under our satisfaction guarantee or dropped-session auto-credit.
7. Please contact us before a chargeback
If something went wrong with a charge or a reading, please reach out to us first so we can make it right quickly through this policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us slows things down for everyone and may lead to a suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed. We would much rather resolve it with you directly.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Credits already approved under a prior version of this policy are not affected by later changes.
