Getting started.
Your first reading takes about two minutes to set up. Here is exactly how it works.
1. Create an account
Sign up with your email. You can browse advisors and try the free AI psychics and free tools right away, no payment needed.
2. Add funds to your wallet
Live readings with human advisors are billed by the minute, so you add a prepaid balance to your wallet first (by card or PayPal where available). You only ever spend against that balance, and you can add more mid-reading if you want to keep going.
3. Pick an advisor
Browse the directory by specialty, rating, or who is online now, or let our matcher suggest someone. Each advisor lists their per-minute rate up front, and a green status means they can take a reading right now.
4. Start your reading
Choose chat, phone, or video. The per-minute rate and your balance are shown before anything is charged, and the meter runs to the second. If your advisor is busy you can join their line or book an appointment, and if you just want a message you can send a paid question and get an answer back.
5. After the reading
You can review your advisor, save them to favorites so you get an alert when they are next online, and read back your transcript from your account any time.
